Hi, I’m Sarah — the owner of Bloom Toddler Classes 🌸
Almost 3.5 years ago, I bought into this business, and I’ve loved every single moment since. This January, I’ll be celebrating 3 years of running classes in and around Reading, which feels pretty special!
From the very beginning, I wanted to create a space where toddlers feel excited to come each week — a place to learn, play, explore, and just be themselves.
I became a first-time mum during lockdown in April 2020, and it completely changed my experience of parenthood. I had to rely on my own instincts and decided I wanted to soak up every moment as Billie grew. I truly believe the toddler years are the best. Then, when I found out I was pregnant with Bobbie, we were facing two under two — something I’d never change for the world!
Parenting isn’t easy, especially when toddlers are involved. Bloom was created as a place where you and your toddler can escape the noise, bond together, learn, and socialise alongside other like-minded caregivers who are all navigating this stage of life too.
Now, with a 5-year-old and an almost 4-year-old, I really do feel in the trenches with many of the parents I meet each week. I’m a huge advocate for mums rediscovering who they are beyond being “just” a mum. I don’t claim to be a toddler expert — but toddlers are definitely my people 🦋
I’m simply a mum trying to make these classes work. So many of us finish lovely maternity-leave baby classes and suddenly lose that weekly bonding time. I wanted to create a class where I do the planning, prepping, and setting up — and all you have to do is show up and enjoy the time with your toddler.
As a small business, we’re feeling the pressure more than ever. Booking onto a term genuinely helps keep Bloom going and allows me to give my absolute best each week — laughing with caregivers, laughing even more with your toddlers, and creating classes where little ones can explore freely and confidently.
✨ We’re back from January 12th, and I’d absolutely love to welcome you along.
Does Bloom sound like something you and your toddler would enjoy? 😍
