Welcome to learning more about how gentle interventions can help you to nurture and heal at an emotional level.

What does this mean ?
It means I will give you the awareness and knowledge to appreciate the unconscious healing processes that are available to you. I will create a safe space for you to gently access areas that need healing. With your permission, you will learn your patterns, become aware and learn how to make conscious decisions to make positive changes in your life. Whilst learning, we will work together to heal all the negatively charged feelings that you experience. They are your emotional blocks that come from some form of trauma. This is what causes your anxiety, your sadness or even your anger. We will gently work on all of these to feel, process and heal to move you forward.

What can you do to start ?
The great thing by reading this far, is you have already started to consciously move into the space to heal. Congratulations : ) The first step is the heaviest. Whether you decide to take baby steps or giant leaps, I will always work at your pace.

Everyone has their version of what happened and how it felt for them.
Only you truly know your perspective.
When on a healing journey, it is important to acknowledge your version of the story.
It is important to accept your version and have your facilitator listen, accept, and acknowledge your version too.
Especially if they are helping you to heal at an emotional level. Your version is your truth.

Parent Group therapy sessions

For the first time, I am offering group therapy sessions to the general public.
Several times a year, I facilitate bespoke Holding Hearts therapy sessions for specific organisations that are close to my heart. I know there is a greater need for interventions to be available to help with one’s state of wellbeing, especially for mental and emotional health. So I have decided to share my skills and give access to an easy, gentle and playful way to heal. Life throws so many obstacles in your way and as parents, we often forget to look after ourselves. Be the best you can be by healing those parts of you we naturally put away.

There are limited spaces within a group, please take a look at what is suitable for you below and register to come and play and heal without even knowing it 🙂

? What are they ?
+ I have combined a few tools to allow you to use the world of PLAY to access those parts of yourself that will help navigate a better healing pathway. Read a few testimonials 🙂
+ They are four weekly sessions that take place for 45 - 60 mins over Zoom.
+ You will be speaking and listening from a place of play whilst we discuss and practise bringing balance back into our lives.
+ I will use concepts of ART Mind, Drawing and Talking, EFT, Polyvagal Theory, Breathing & Energy Medicine to bring you the best healing options possible

? What do you need ?
+ You will need some A4 paper, a dark coloured pen (black/brown) and some water
+ You will need to have your camera on and be mindful of your surroundings, have earphones/plugs/pods where you have your others around, to keep everything safe for yourself and everyone else in the group.

Each set of four will cost £45. For full benefits you will need to attend all four sessions.

There are three options: (two for mum’s and one for dads)
Tuesdays: 9:15 - 10:15am 21st & 28th June 2022 and 5th & 12th July 2022 (Mum’s only)
Thursdays: 7:30 - 8:30pm 23rd & 30th June 2022 and 7th & 14th July 2022 (Mum’s only)
Sundays: 8am - 9am 26th June 2022, 3rd, 10th & 17th July 2022 (Dad’s i’m giving you a Sunday)

Maximum 10 in a group.
If you already have a group in mind, please contact me and we can arrange some dates for sessions.

Feel them and complete the process of the feeling.

As a family, feelings should be spoken about openly and how they impact you. You can say, "I'm really tired at the moment so I'm finding it harder to be calm". Talk about how your body feels and what you can do to help you remain calm. Ask your child what they would do. When your child is getting frustrated link their body with the emotion, such as "your muscles look really tight, are your feeling frustrated"? You can talk about what you do when you are frustrated and practice together, breathing exercises are a great way to do this (look at previous blogs on fun relaxations).
