Due to continued success and business growth, Inuvi is currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Administrator to join our rapidly growing laboratory team in Gloucester.

About the role
This role is pivotal to maintaining Inuvi’s reputation for outstanding customer service.

You will be the main point of contact for Inuvi’s laboratory clients and prospective clients dealing with their enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing information and completing tasks and actions with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

You will co-ordinate with colleagues across Inuvi to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and the timely resolution of all queries, ensuring that all times service standards are met, and problems are resolved in accordance with defined standard operating procedures and policies.

Working alongside our team of Medical Laboratory Assistants you will be required to perform general laboratory duties.

About You
Excellent communication skills and accuracy are important to this role as you will be updating the database, client records and internal documentation.

You will be working with the team to ensure best practice is maintained, customer service procedures are reviewed and improved, and that the laboratory continues a culture of improvement.

It’s a busy time for our business so you’ll need to be a self-starter who is confident in managing your own workload while making/receiving calls to gather information.

You’ll ideally have proven experience of working in customer service role and work well within a team.

With very effective communication skills, you’ll be competent in maintaining accurate records, with experience of working on internal databases and excel being desirable.

Job Type:
• Permanent.
• Full time.

Working Hours:
• 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm.
• 1 in 3 Saturdays (with following Monday off).

You will be responsible for receiving, identifying, and preparing incoming samples and request forms for analysis, ensuring all data is entered quickly and accurately.

Working alongside your colleagues you will provide support in the daily running of the laboratory under appropriate technical supervision.

At all times you will be required to maintain the highest professional and technical standards in our laboratory.

You’ll have a variety of tasks including, making, and receiving calls, updating records, and replying to e-mails.

You will be the main point of contact for Inuvi’s laboratory clients and prospective clients and deal with urgent queries and complaints without delay.

You will be required to perform general laboratory duties such as, but not limited to, sample opening, sorting, labelling, data entry, equipment checks, cleaning, and disposal of waste.
