The theme for Yoga Day 2025 is “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” which explains how yoga supports not just individual well-being but also the health of our planet. This theme reminds us that personal health and environmental health are deeply connected.

My soul feels so full when I lie on green grass 💚 Hug a tree 🤎 or go upside down on the beach 💙

Nature and our planet are intrinsically part of a deep yoga practice. 🌍
