On World Kindness Day we wanted to give a ‘BIG thank you’ our staff for how they’ve all pulled together and supported each other to implement our new appointment system over the past week and to the patients that have embraced the changes.

We would ask that you continue to show our staff ‘kindness’ as we continue to learn the new system as we know new processes can be frustrating for some but we’re all in this together. Thank you.

Attention all 📣

From today all GP appointments and admin queries will need to be requested through our new online system, you can do this by following the link below or by visiting the website and clicking appointments.

✨ Fill out the form whether it’s a medical issue, prescription request, fit note or a referral query.

✨If you do not have internet access, you can still call us, and a receptionist will complete the form for you.

Website problems - our provider has advised of server issues their end, this issue is out of our control.

If you want to order repeat medication please do so via the NHS app, if you are unable to do that please either call your usual pharmacy to request this on your behalf or come into surgery to complete a request form.
