Daily practice. After the expression of energy is completed. Sit. For the clarity of living comes from stillness. The ability to be still comes from Qi. To see the truth of things look beyond the parade of bright colours.

To cultivate let go of the things you create. For each action has only a life span of that moment.

No beginning no end.

Stay centered. The shi shen is strong, like all trends it is temporary.

example.

If the teacher cannot do then how can the student.

And Laozi says
Teach without teaching.

Spread some blessing and lighten the hearts. Relinquish heaviness. The lion swirls and creates brightness. Spring moves in and we must all grow.

Daily practice. Shifting the energy, swirling on the Dao. Each act is to express brightness.

Discard the heavy. The mountain path requires Lightness to walk it.

Bring on the spring.

Out of the snake into the horse. Slowly the embers build, time to emerge from the depth of winter. Give blessings and free ourselves from the heaviness accumulated.

In the swirls of the dao practice brightness and be guided.

And Laozi says
The Dao, Deep and penetrating but in it there is life.
