Good Morning everyone - we have two spaces left for our March Awakening Retreat this Sunday in Winnersh - should be priced at £55 - but as we are feeling extra generous this morning we would be happy to accept the early bird price for an exchange of just £45 to anyone who may be interested. Just wanted to hop on and welcome my new followers - thank you for joining me x so I am Tracy Simmonds and I run Calming Space and my company name says it all x I want to create a calm space for you to come and relax and get that precious time to relax and rejuvenate. I do this by running my Relaxation and Sound Immersion Evenings - guided meditation followed by a soothing sound bath - tibetan bowls along with crystal bowls amongst other things - you just lay down and relax and enjoy the stillness in your body and your mind x I look forward to meeting you all at one of my venues whether that be Theale - Spencers Wood - Winnersh - Brimpton or Burghfield - also watch out for new venues coming soon. I keep my prices very affordable so everyone can have the opportunity to come along - just £10 per session x I also do online sessions which you can join from the comfort of your own home - no need to leave the house if you don't want to.
