KJC Massage and Exercise Therapy Sports massage, deep tissue massage and exercise therapy services I’m an experienced sports massage therapist and personal trainer located in Tilehurst.

Qualified in 2005 and for the past 18 years have been working with clients in gyms, as a massage therapist and a group exercise instructor. I’ve worked with people of all ages and abilities and am offering the following services from a treatment room at the front of my house:

• Sports and remedial massage from £30
• Deep tissue/tension release massage from £30
• Exercise advice and individualised programmes from £30
• Pre and postnatal exercise advice and individualised programmes from £30
