Flexibility comes with practice, requires good technique, and a lot of patience.

Regularly stretching needs to take place and in two forms static and dynamic.

Consistency is the key as it helps to develop gradual and noticeable change in muscles and joints.

Along with stretching , strength training is of great benefit. Particularly when it is done in full range of motion.

Reformer Pilates has become popular recently, but it has been around for several decades.

It is a great way to integrate strength and resistance training and have a good workout

But it is by far the best equipment to help you with recovery from injury or prevent one.

It has a very versatile range of exercises and is very adaptable to different levels of practice.

I teach regular classes on Saturday morning and in my small private studio. I have been teaching reformer pilates since 2013 in rehabilitation settings and fitness a like.
