✨ People have been asking about the angel tuners I use in my sound baths… ✨

Yes, I do use them to call in the presence of angels and ensure that only the purest energies of light and love fill our sacred space. 🌿💫 The Angel Tuners open the gateway to the angelic realm, inviting harmony, guidance, and protection.

One of the three tuners in the set is the Crystal Tuner, which I also use to clear and activate the energy of my crystals. 🌸🔮 Crystals have always been close to my heart—my very first training in the spiritual world, over 10 years ago, was in Crystal Healing. That was the doorway that opened me fully into this path. 🌈✨

I am also a qualified trainer of tuning fork therapy. If you fancy getting a set of Angel Tuners or other Biosonics tuning forks, feel free to DM me. 💌

Accidents happen 🐝💥 Yesterday my hubby got stung by a wasp. The sting came with that sharp, burning pain 😖… but thankfully, I always keep a little lifesaver on my shelf: my go-to blend called SOS.

This blend is made with equal parts lavender, cistus, and helichrysum 🌿 — a powerhouse trio. Lavender soothes and calms, cistus helps with bleeding and skin repair, and helichrysum is incredible for bruises and reducing inflammation. Put them together, and you’ve got a blend that’s useful for just about every situation: stings, bites, bruises, cuts, and all those little accidents life throws our way.

After applying it, the pain was reduced by about 80% 🙌 and—best part—there was no swelling even hours later. We reapplied every few hours and the discomfort stayed minimal.

I wouldn’t say it’s a cure for everything, but it’s one of those blends that makes me feel prepared for the unexpected 💛✨

For years, crystal bowls were my favourite… until I met the gong. My first gong sound bath sent electricity through my whole body and took me on a soul journey. The second released deep grief after a funeral. I knew then—I had to bring this into my life. ✨💫

I trained with incredible masters (Don Conreaux, Aiden McIntyre & Tim Byford at Hawkwood), continued learning with other inspiring gong teachers (Vikrampal & Martha Collard), bought my first gong… and haven’t stopped since. One gong turned into many, and daily practice turned into pure devotion. ❤️

Now, the gong is my greatest passion and the main focus of my future events. Its power to heal physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually is unmatched. The gong isn’t just an instrument—it’s a force of transformation. 💫

It’s Palo Santo hydrosol — a gentle mist distilled from the sacred wood, carrying its soft, woody-sweet aroma. Unlike the smoke of burning Palo Santo, this spray feels light, refreshing, and subtly grounding. 🌬️🌿

As we mist it into the space and around each participant, it helps to cleanse the aura, release stagnant energy, and invite a sense of calm presence. 💫

I was just saying the other day that I need to save for a double gong stand—and now it’s manifested! ✨ Today inspiration struck, and voilà… no extra money spent 🙌 I slid my Paiste C stand under the global gong stand and it’s exactly the right height. The perfect double gong stand was here all along 💫

✨ My instruments are sacred to me ✨
They aren’t just tools—they’re vessels of healing, vibration, and love. Every string, every note, carries intention.

Today I took the time (and effort!) to change the entire set of strings on my beloved reverie harp. It was definitely a labor of love, but hearing its renewed, heavenly voice made every moment worthwhile. 💫

I can’t wait to let its luminous sound flow through our next Aroma Sound Bath, weaving harmony and peace into the space. 🌿🎶
