Had the loveliest back & shoulder massage with Lunar Rose Aromatherapy today and it was exactly what I needed ✨

Christine’s treatment room was so cosy and calming, and she made me feel really welcomed from the moment I walked in. The consultation was really professional, and she chose oils that suited me perfectly. Her touch was gentle but so effective — I could feel the tension melting away.💫

I joined Divine Love and Abundance and EverCalm’s women’s circle today and I’m still floating from the beautiful energy of it. The hosts Ivett and Salli were warm, welcoming, and so genuinely caring. They gave so much more than I ever expected, and you could feel the love and intention in every little detail — from the stunning setup to the flow of the session.

It was such a powerful and healing experience, rooted in compassion and purpose, especially with the fundraising intentions behind it.

I left feeling grounded, supported, and uplifted and I’m truly grateful. Thank you Ivett and Salli ❤️

💧 Winter — The Kapha Season ❄️
As we move into mid-November and the days grow colder and shorter, Kapha energy begins to rise. In Ayurveda, Kapha is the blend of earth + water — grounding yet heavy, calm yet slow. ✨ Preparing for the next Aroma Sound Bath ✨

One of my favourite parts of the preparation is always creating the essential oil blend based on the theme. This time, our theme is “Letting go: A Journey of Release” — gently preparing our mind and body for the winter season as we move toward the end of the year. 🌿

What oils would you choose to go with this theme?

Essential oils are such powerful allies for emotional healing, and there are so many beautiful options. I love working with less common oils, selecting each one carefully through Ayurvedic principles to bring balance and cleansing to the inner self. 🌸

During the sound bath, the oils’ power will be deepened by both the intention behind the blend and the vibrational energy of the instruments — especially the gongs and crystal bowls. The combination creates a truly immersive healing experience. 💫

🍂 Ayurveda for Autumn: Balance Your Vata Season 🍃

As the air turns crisp and the winds grow stronger, Vata dosha (the energy of air + space) becomes dominant. You might notice dry skin, cold hands and feet, restless sleep, or an overactive mind — all signs of Vata imbalance.

✨ How to Stay Grounded This Season:
🌿 Keep Warm — Cozy up in soft layers, scarves, and hats to protect yourself from the wind.
🧘‍♀️ Move Gently — Choose slow, grounding practices like yoga or stretching over intense workouts.
🍲 Eat Warm & Nourishing — Skip raw or cold foods. Enjoy warm soups, stews, ghee, and spices like ginger, fennel, and cumin.
💆‍♀️ Daily Oil Massage — A warm sesame or olive oil massage helps calm the nervous system and hydrate the skin.
