Glad to have crossed the border and arrived in Bolivia 🇧🇴

Right near Lake Titicaca, we witnessed something incredible—a rare sun halo encircling the sky. Moments like that feel bigger than coincidence. Spiritually, a sun halo is often seen as a sign of protection, guidance, and transformation… a reminder that you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

And to see it above a place as sacred and full of ancient legends as Lake Titicaca made it even more special ✨

Every time I step into a sacred place, I take a moment to meditate and connect with my higher self—opening space to receive whatever message is meant for me. And somehow, it always aligns… deeply resonating with my heart, my soul, my inner truth.

What feels even more magical is how these messages echoed the oracle cards I pulled before this journey. Not coincidence—just gentle confirmation, a reminder that I’m guided and supported.

I’m learning to trust, to surrender, and to be grateful for every experience this life offers. To hold things a little lighter, to live with more playfulness and less seriousness.

Arrived at Machu Picchu at 6am today, just as the first light started to break over the mountains. Watching the sunrise slowly reveal the ruins through the mist felt surreal — quiet, still, and truly magical.

We were so lucky to have a clear, sunny morning, with golden light washing over everything. The energy of the place felt deeply peaceful and calm, almost grounding in a way that’s hard to describe.

Feeling incredibly grateful to have finally realised my dream of visiting this sacred place in Peru 🤍✨

Getting to Machu Picchu by train is more than just a ride—it’s an experience. 🚆✨

The locals truly know how to turn the journey into something unforgettable. From vibrant, colorful costumes to lively, festive music filling the air, every moment feels like a celebration. 💃🎶

And then there’s the scenery… the mountains and valleys are absolutely spectacular. Towering peaks, endless greenery, and winding rivers remind you just how small we are in front of nature. 🌄

By the time you arrive, you’re already smiling—and a little humbled too. That’s the magic of the journey. 💚

It’s hard not to feel the joy here. The colours aren’t just decoration—they’re a reflection of a culture that celebrates life in the brightest way. ✨

My journey in Peru began at Saqsaywaman in Cusco—and I’m still in awe. Massive boulders, perfectly carved and fitted together with such precision… how was this even possible in ancient times? It feels like a mystery etched in stone.

Spending time there, especially in quiet reflection, I felt an incredible energy—almost like something gently opening the heart chakra. Powerful, grounding, unforgettable.

Next stop: Machu Picchu. If this is just the beginning, I can only imagine what’s ahead. 🇵🇪✨

Still can’t believe I’m actually typing this… I just started the most spontaneous trip to Peru 🇵🇪 and Bolivia 🇧🇴 ✈️

For over 9 years, these two places have been sitting at the top of my dream list, and now it’s finally happening. No overplanning, no expectations—just going with the flow and saying yes to whatever comes along.

The next 2 weeks are all about adventure, new perspectives, and moments I can’t even imagine yet. From mountains to cities to everything in between… I’m ready for it all.

Still feeling the calm from my visit to ✨

I had such a beautiful experience exploring the crossover between crystal bowl sound healing, energy healing, and halotherapy. There’s something incredibly grounding about being surrounded by salt while completely immersing yourself in those soothing vibrations.

Alina shared so much insight into how salt supports healing — from respiratory benefits to overall wellbeing — and it gave me a whole new appreciation for the space.

I was especially impressed by Neelam’s energy healing session… so intuitive and powerful. And Jasmine’s sound healing with the crystal bowls was just next level — deeply relaxing, almost like being transported somewhere else.

A really special experience I’m glad I took the time for before heading off on my South America adventure💖
