Last night I experienced the most incredible sound bath ✨
Shamanic & Light Code Sound Immersion with Heather Isis Sounds - Sound/Shamanic Healing, Drumming, Assemblage Point Alignment and India India Rose | Frequency Architect was unlike anything I’ve ever felt before. The frequency and vibration were so high I could feel them in every cell of my body.

The instruments weren’t just played — they were beautifully channeled. It felt as if the music flowed through them with the help of spirit rather than ego. India brought in powerful galactic energy through her light language and bowls & gongs, while Heather’s shamanic style of playing of drums & flute grounded everything deeply into the body.

It was an extraordinary experience I’ll never forget. I truly can’t recommend this duo enough. Absolutely magical. 🔮✨

3 years ago today, I set up my company.

I had just arrived in the UK, stepping into a new land with no clear plan — only my passion for aromatherapy and sound therapy, and the feeling that I had to follow my heart. 💖

The company started on the Spring Equinox, a time of new beginnings, balance, and when things start to bloom.
I took it as a sign, hoping my company would grow the same way — naturally, slowly, and full of life. 🍀

Starting again in a new country has not been easy, but this journey has been full of learning, healing, and meeting wonderful people along the way.

3 years on, still growing, still trusting the process, and hoping for the best. ✨

Attended a lovely sound bath by this morning. It felt like a reminder that even as a practitioner, I also need time to simply receive and relax. Taking a moment to be on the other side of the space felt really nourishing.

I loved the way Kathryn played — very gentle, very spacious. She allowed each sound to fully sustain and travel, without rushing to create more. She honoured the silence as much as the vibration, and that made the whole experience feel deeper and more calming.

Every practitioner has their own style. We may play the same instruments, but the sound will never be the same — just like we are all human, yet each of us is unique.

And I truly appreciate these differences, in others and in myself. We’re not here to sound the same, but to share, to inspire, and to keep learning from one another along the way. ✨

Thank you Kathryn for holding such a beautiful and gentle space today. I felt deeply relaxed, grounded, and inspired.❤️

Thank you to everyone who joined me today for the Aroma Sound Bath.
Our theme was Awakening the Light — a beautiful journey from the stillness and darkness of winter into the freshness, warmth, and renewal of spring. 🌿🌞

Together we created such a calm, heart-opening space, and it was a joy to share this transition into the lighter season with all of you.

Today’s private Marma Therapy session ✨

Marma therapy is not a massage. It is a subtle energy healing practice, working with gentle touch on specific Marma points to help awaken the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

In my sessions, I also integrate sound therapy and aromatherapy, using different instruments and scents to deepen relaxation, support the intention of the session, and enhance the healing experience.

I love working in 1–1 sessions because the space becomes fully focused on the client’s needs, allowing deeper connection and more personalised support.

Hong Kong is Westernised in so many ways, and I never really questioned it growing up. But after moving to the UK, something shifted — I actually became more curious about my own culture.

I started learning Tai Chi, and recently I picked up Chinese calligraphy too.

For the longest time, I thought these were “old people hobbies” 😅 Slow, quiet, not really my thing. But now? I genuinely love them. There’s something so calming about the movements in Tai Chi, and something almost meditative about putting brush to paper. The zen, the stillness, the mindfulness — it just hits differently.

What’s funny is that I’ve spent years chasing the same things these arts are rooted in: balance, clarity, peace of mind. Back in Hong Kong, life felt nonstop. I was always busy, always striving, but never really slowing down enough to process any of it.

It’s kind of ironic that it took moving away to reconnect with something that was always part of me.

Life’s funny like that, isn’t it?

It’s Lunar New Year (aka Chinese New Year) today, and I decided to gift myself something special. I had booked a sound bath with another practitioner, thinking it would be the perfect way to immerse myself in healing vibrations and set fresh intentions for the year ahead.

But… oops! When I arrived at the venue, no one was there. To my disappointment (and slight embarrassment), I realised I had actually booked it for 17th March — not today!🤪

So, I headed home, picked up my own instruments, and created my own sound journey instead. In the end, it felt beautifully aligned — a reminder that everything I need is already within me.

Still a wonderful way to begin the new year.
