Just a little reminder to my lovely yogis ~ please ping me first if you would like to switch from your regular class to another! With most classes full it’s a little trickier now to fit you in, so PLEASE don’t just turn up!

Hello yogins and yoginis! 🙏🏻☺️

So, here we are almost at the end of January ~ already!! 😬 This is great news for most, but the downside for the self-employed is always that it’s time to pay the tax bill ☹️😡. Whilst I scathe and moan about that, I also must acknowledge that I wouldn’t have this tax bill if it wasn’t for my loyal yogis who week after week, many of you twice a week, come to the studio.

So, please take this as a personal *thank you* for your attendance, your loyalty, your company in the class, our little community, and of course for paying me!! 🥰🙏🏻💝

On another note…… Can I offer a polite reminder to those who attend my classes to *please* ping me if you would like to attend a class that is not your regular one!

Whilst most of the time it is ok to roll up, now with nearly all classes being at capacity, I do need to know, as there won’t always be space!

By the same token, if you are unable to attend your regular class, again please let me know as this frees up space for someone who wants to swap!

Wishing all of my friends, family and yogis a most fabulous Christmas! 🎄

This year has been SO busy with a lot going on ~ I lead a yoga retreat to Morocco (another one too in 2025 ~ with a space!!), I lead two Foundation Courses and will be taking these fabulous students through the full Teacher Training starting in the next few weeks, plus I have embarked upon my own personal journey to add another string to my bow!!

Thank you to everyone who has joined me in the Yoga Studio over the last 12 months, be it for yoga with me, Gong Baths, Sound Immersions, Life Drawing, Holistic Fayre, as well as the other teachers who hold their own classes here ~ Men’s Yoga, Pilates, Chair Yoga and Meditation too. There is absolutely something for everyone. Without you lot, I couldn’t say that!

So Merry Christmas to all. May you have a restful and stress free time. May you eat, drink and be merry. 🥂🍻🍾🍷🥃

The studio reopens with its regular timetable from Thursday 2nd January. I have spaces in a few of the classes, so please ping me.

Yoga is for every body, and everybody SHOULD do yoga. You will absolutely feel better for it!
