So I thought that you’d all get bored with my daily spider intrusion posts. So here’s a weekly one. No jokes ~ the spiders are abundant this spider season! 🕷️😳 But be assured; ahimsa holds strong and absolutely no harm comes to these little creatures that, although they scare the bejesus out of me, I actually think are beautiful. Get me 💪🏼👏 If Carlsberg did awards for spider catching to save the general public….. 🥇

Due to two ladies moving to different classes, I have TWO spaces now available in my Beginners Yoga Class on Monday evenings at the studio. So if you have wanted to give yoga a go, but don’t know where to start, start right here with me!!

Life is good! Having spent the last weekend at the inimitable I can honestly defy anyone to go and not have a fabulous weekend. We are all enriched, nourished and full of love. Having taught there for the past 7 years there are strangers who are now friends; who attend my classes year on year and I *love* that! 💞 Until next year. 💞🙏🏻💞🙏🏻 Thank you. 🫶
