✨ Evening Appointments – A Little Update ✨

I’ve been receiving more and more requests for evening appointments for readings and crystal therapy. At the moment, it’s tricky for me to offer these from home.

Whilst evening 1-2-1 home visits continue to be an option , I’m now considering renting a therapy room ( keeping local to current base ) for a few evenings..maybe just a couple of evenings a month to start.

If you’re someone who usually comes for a 1-2-1 reading / therapy during the day, would you be interested in an evening session instead? And if you’ve been waiting for evenings to become available, I’d love to know too. Your feedback will really help me decide whether to take this step.

COURAGEOUS ✨

We all know that being courageous doesn’t mean feeling no fear. It means feeling it and choosing to move anyway.

It’s speaking your truth and acting from love or integrity, even when your knees are shaking.

It’s standing up for what matters.

It’s facing discomfort instead of avoiding it…letting yourself be seen exactly as you are …raw, real, and radiant.

Courage is vulnerability.

It redefines strength.

When illness or exhaustion strips away your sense of control, courage isn’t about “pushing through.”

It’s about resting with purpose.

Listening to your body.

Honouring your limitations.

Loving yourself even more through the hard days.

Courage is also reaching out and asking for help when pride says “Don’t.”

It takes immense bravery to admit you’re struggling.

And every time someone chooses to believe in healing, in small joys, or in meaning despite pain or uncertainty…they embody a sacred kind of courage.

And that is incredibly powerful ❤️‍🩹

Courage can also look like

✨ Setting a boundary you’ve been avoiding

✨ Sharing your art, your voice, your heart

✨ Saying “no” when you always say “yes”

✨ Saying “yes” when fear tells you to shrink

✨ Choosing growth over comfort and truth over silence

It’s something I’ve witnessed time and time again in so many of you I’ve read for ❤️

Most people feel a little nervous before a reading & thats understandable.

The cards often act as a mirror…and sitting down with me to let your reflection be fully seen? Also an act of courage.
