Right so we tried a thing.

Cat and I. Resistance band. All fours. Bear crawl challenge.

What followed was me saying “what if the band snaps Caaaaat” — and then promptly being launched backwards
onto her.

Footage exists. You’re welcome.

This is what coaching looks like behind the scenes. Occasionally chaotic. Always real 😝

Save this for when you need a laugh on a Tuesday 😂

You might be under-training if:
– you finish every session feeling fresh
– you haven’t increased load in months
– you avoid uncomfortable reps
– you don’t really know what you’re progressing

Comfort doesn’t build strength.

Progressive overload does. 😉

Be honest — do any of the above sound like you?

If you’re not sure what you’re doing, message me, maybe I can help 💜

PBs are always exciting… but this one was especially satisfying 💜

Since starting strength training alongside her running, this amazing lady has been consistently building stronger legs, better resilience and more power.

The result?
A new half marathon PB.

Strength training isn’t just about lifting heavier weights in the gym.

It supports everything else you want your body to do — running faster, staying injury resistant, and feeling stronger overall.

This is exactly the kind of progress we’re working towards inside Stronger Than Ever.

Strong bodies perform better💪

If you’re already training but want to see real progress, structured strength coaching makes all the difference.

Stronger Than Ever, my online programme, will give you the results you deserve.

You don’t need more motivation.

You need:
– clarity
– structure
– progression
– accountability

Motivation fades. Structure doesn’t. 💜

If that resonates, you’re not lacking drive — just direction.

10+ years of friendship and training together… and somehow we’re still not sick of each other 😅

I think we deserve a medal at this point.

People sometimes assume training has to be serious all the time.

But when training becomes part of your life — not just something you do for a few months — it stops feeling like a chore.

You train through the different seasons of life.
You adapt when things change.
You keep showing up.

And if you’re lucky enough to do that with people who make it enjoyable (and occasionally ridiculous), it becomes something you actually look forward to.

Strength isn’t a short-term project.
It’s a lifelong one. 💜

Be honest… could you train with the same person for 10 years?

If your hamstrings cramp every time you hinge or curl, it’s usually:

– under-loading
– under-fuelling
– inconsistent exposure
– deconditioning

Cramps don’t mean broken.
They mean under-prepared.

Strength solves more than stretching ever will 😉

Save this if your hamstrings are the dramatic ones!

The women who make the biggest progress:
– aren’t the loudest
– aren’t the most motivated
– aren’t the most extreme

They’re the most consistent.

Quiet effort compounds. 💜

Consistency or intensity — which do you lean towards?

Cardio is great.
It supports heart health, fitness and general wellbeing.

But if it’s the only thing in your routine, you’re missing something important.

Strength training is what helps you:
💪 maintain muscle
🦴 protect bone density
⚖️ stay strong and capable as you age

Cardio supports your health.
Strength protects your independence.

Both have their place — but muscle matters more than many women realise.

If strength training has slipped down your priority list lately, this is your reminder.

If your working sets never feel uncomfortable…you’re probably under-loading.

A proper working set should feel like:
RPE 7–8 = challenging
RPE 9 = last rep honest
RPE 10 = rare

Strength requires exposure to effort.
Not chaos.
Not burnout.
Effort 💪🏼
Save this and check your effort next session 👀

Midlife gym things that just hit different:

– Warming up properly actually matters 🔥
– Recovery is part of training
– You genuinely don’t care what anyone else is lifting
– Heavy feels empowering, not scary
– Consistency beats ego

And honestly?
It’s a better phase to train in. 💜

Which one made you nod? 😅

Most plateaus aren’t about age.
Or hormones.
Or metabolism.
They’re about repetition without progression.

If you’re lifting the same weights you were 6 months ago…
your body has no reason to change.

Progress requires:
→ more load
→ more intent
→ more clarity
Not more workouts. 💪

Be honest — have your weights changed in the last 3 months?

I promise I don’t add weight for fun or just to p*ss you off 😅😂

If it looks easy, it probably is.
And strong women don’t stay where it’s comfortable💪🔥
