If I could sit down with my 30-year-old self, I’d tell her this:

➡️ You don’t need to make yourself smaller to be more worthy.

➡️ Strength training is a gift, not a punishment.

➡️ Your future self will thank you for lifting, walking, sleeping and eating enough.

➡️ You are allowed to enjoy the journey, not just chase a goal.

This is what I help women with every day — not just how to move and eat, but how to feel at home in their body again. 💜

In my 20s, I thought fitness was about being smaller, leaner, and more “attractive.”

But now? It’s about something so much more powerful! 🌟

💫 Feeling good in my skin — for as long as I can

These days, I train for me.

Not for the scales. Not for anyone else. Not for quick fixes.

What’s more important: the number on the scale or your overall health and well-being?

(There’s only ONE right answer 😉)

It’s totally okay to want to lose weight—that’s what I help people do! 🙌 But we can’t sacrifice your physical or mental health to get there.

Consistency and patience are the keys to sustainable weight loss. So if you want to shed the pounds and keep them off, don’t rush it. Slow and steady wins the race! 💪

How many times have you heard this….

“Yeah but muscle weighs more than fat”

Muscle doesn’t actually weigh more than fat—1lb of muscle weighs the same as 1lb of fat ⚖️

The difference?

Muscle is denser and takes up less space, giving a leaner appearance.

So if the scale isn’t moving but your clothes fit better, you’re likely building muscle 🥳

Focus on how you feel, not just the numbers! 💜

How many times have you hopped on the scales and felt disheartened by the number shown…??

Well let me tell you something…

📣STOP IT!!! 📣

Scales don’t tell you the following;
💜Energy levels have gone up
💜Sleep has improved
💜You can walk uphill/upstairs without getting out of puff
💜Strength has increased
💜Mental health has improved
💜Clothes fit differently
💜You actually feel good

Just remember the above when you get frustrated that the numbers aren’t going down.

Scale weight is just one small part of the bigger picture.
