Our Services
MMA enjoys long standing professional relationships with selected clients. The strategy is to continue with committed clients where there is a mutually beneficial partnership and a common vision in attracting and retaining the most appropriate candidates
The Healthcare providers we partner with are carefully chosen to ensure that our candidates receive training on their arrival and the UK as well as the best possible opportunities for career development. To achieve the successful and effective placement of candidates requires a holistic, multi-dimensional approach to the recruitment process. An approach that understands the needs of a candidate entering an unfamiliar working environment, an unfamiliar cultural environment, often experiencing an unfamiliar religious environment and often having to cope with an unfamiliar language! Support is crucial and this the MMA placed candidate will find in abundance. Dealing with the NMC, visas, work permits, embassies and airlines is usually a factor that discourages most people who aspire to work overseas. We understand this and therefore go the extra mile to make the whole process as easy and as undaunting as possible for the candidate. At MMA, our job does not end with the assessment, marketing and placement of the candidate in a suitable position. Our team is experienced in all aspects of travelling and working abroad and our knowledge and expertise are made available to the candidate. To join MMA's program you need to register via this link. Once you are on our programme one of our dedicated support workers will be in touch to answer all your questions and concerns. https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form?EQBCT=e93c56fc72d04ddfb8e11aa885cf9456

MEET THE TEAM: CHRIZELDA - ONE OF OUR PILOTS

Every great journey needs a steady pilot, and at MMA, that’s exactly who Chrizelda is.

As one of our Account Managers, Chrizelda sits in the pilot’s seat, taking care of both clients and candidates, guiding every journey with calm, care, and intention to ensure a truly safe landing.

Her most-used emoji? ❤️
Because love leads everything she does; in her work, her relationships, and how she shows up every day.

A phrase you’ll often hear from her now is:
“It will be okay.” And the difference? She doesn’t just say it, she believes it.

Her daily non-negotiables are prayer and music, grounding her through busy days and big responsibilities. In her bag right now? A little Stitch toy from her child, a reminder of why she does what she does.

Since the start of January, Chrizelda has been intentionally feeding her mind with positive things, and it shows. Her smile has been coming out more and more, conquering so many challenges... something she’s incredibly proud of, and so are we.

Calm. Caring. Grounded.
Chrizelda is the kind of pilot you want when you’re travelling to the other side of the world.
If Chrizelda supported you on your journey, give her a ❤️

Why We Don’t Promise Timelines

One of the most common questions candidates ask is:
“How long will this take?”

The honest answer is: it depends.

International recruitment involves regulators, professional bodies, visas, and background checks, many of which are outside anyone's control.

When fixed timelines are promised:

Expectations are set unrealistically

Pressure increases

Trust is damaged when delays happen

Ethical recruitment chooses honesty over reassurance.
Clear explanations are more helpful than confident guesses.

If you feel you

We’ll continue to share updates as and when things change.

Thank you for engaging with us — and for approaching your journey with patience and care.

No news doesn’t mean no care.

Waiting can be one of the hardest parts of an international recruitment journey. When you’ve applied and shared your documents, silence can feel unsettling, and we completely understand this.

Sometimes, there just isn’t an update yet.
No new vacancies. No movement from regulators. No changes from employers.

In those moments, the most caring thing we can do is be honest, rather than share updates that aren’t real.

Silence doesn’t mean you’ve been forgotten.
It simply means there’s nothing new to share yet.

When something changes, you’ll hear from us. 🤍

🇬🇧 Welcome to the UK, Puran!

Nowadays, securing a Registered Nurse position in the UK is not easy. Between complex regulations and evolving immigration requirements, the journey demands patience, resilience, and trust in the process.

Despite these challenges, Puran Singh has successfully arrived in the UK and is now settling into his new role and life here, a milestone worth celebrating.

“Securing a Registered Nurse position in the UK 🇬🇧 was especially challenging this time, particularly with the regulatory and immigration requirements. With the incredible support of TTM/MMA Healthcare, the journey became smooth and achievable. I’m now happily relocated and settled in the UK, and truly grateful for this successful transition.”
— Puran Singh

Welcome to the UK, Puran, wishing you every success in this exciting new chapter.

Important Notice: Healthcare Assistants (UK)

We currently do not have any Healthcare Assistant vacancies for International candidates to the UK. This is due to UK regulations relating to Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS).

Any updates will be shared on our official page, and should anything change, our team will connect directly if suitable options become available.

Please be cautious of anyone claiming to offer UK HCA roles at this time.

Thank you for your patience and trust.

Fun Fact Friday
Tea is basically a social tool

Did you know?
In Ireland and the UK, “Put the kettle on” often means “let’s talk” or “let’s take a breather” , not just that someone wants tea.

It’s an invitation to pause, chat, and reset.

What does “put the kettle on” mean in your house?

Trust Talk Tuesday

Why Ethical Recruitment Never Charges Candidates

If you’re being asked to pay for a job or a visa, something isn’t right.

In the UK and Ireland, it is illegal to charge candidates for employment or sponsorship. Recruitment fees are paid by employers, not workers.

This rule exists for a reason:

It prevents exploitation

It removes pressure to “buy” opportunities

It protects people from being trapped in unsafe or dishonest arrangements

When recruitment is free for candidates, decisions can be made based on eligibility and fit — not on who can pay.

If money changes hands for a job offer, it’s not ethical recruitment. It’s a risk.

🤍 WELCOME TO IRELAND, HLAJANE WALTER MASHABELA 🇮🇪🤗

We had the absolute privilege of welcoming Hlajane Walter Mashabela to Ireland — arriving from South Africa to begin his new role with Odyssey.

Hlajane shared words that deeply moved our team:

“At times where I wanted to give up because the process was draining me emotionally and hope was lost, your dedication and invested efforts encouraged me to keep going even when it seemed impossible.”

This journey wasn’t easy. It required patience, resilience, and courage — especially in the moments when the road felt long and overwhelming. From the first application, through interview preparation, and all the way to relocation, Hlajane showed determination every step of the way.

We’re incredibly grateful for his trust in the MMA team and proud to have walked alongside him during this life-changing chapter.

Hlajane, welcome to Ireland. Your journey is just beginning — and we know you’re going to make a meaningful impact 🤍
This is why we do what we do.
