From Poland to Paris to building a business in England - Edyta's journey to becoming a Pilates instructor wasn't typical. After running a successful glassware company, she realised she wanted something more meaningful. Something that combined her lifelong passion for wellbeing with helping others.

Nearly 10 years later, she's helped hundreds of clients move without pain, build real strength and feel at home in their bodies.

As we close out 2025, I'm feeling incredibly grateful.

Thank you for trusting me with your bodies, your goals and your journeys this year. Watching you grow stronger, move without pain and show up for yourselves week after week - has been the biggest gift.

To every client who walked through the door (some nervous, some eager, all welcome) - thank you for making this year so special.

Here's to a healthy, happy Christmas and an even stronger 2026 ✨

Pilates Classes & One 2 One

The benefit of Pilates Classes include improved core strength, posture, muscle strength and flexibility, joint mobility, lung capacity, coordination, body awareness and balance. Regular Pilates exercise can help to relive stress and tension and help to prevent injuries, keeping you body fit and healthy.
