Getting your plank form right makes ALL the difference πͺπ
A proper plank builds real core strength. A sloppy plank? You're just wasting time (and possibly hurting your back).
Key form tips:

Neutral neck & spine - no sagging hips or lifted bum

Press through forearms and palms
β
Elbows aligned directly under shoulders
β
Engage your core (pull belly button to spine)
β
SQUEEZE everything - glutes, quads, core
