Excellent CPD on the neuroscience behind addiction! Really interesting and has linked with so much of my past training with ADHD/ASD! The key is CONNECTION and be HUMBLE 🥰 TOGETHER we have the frontal lobes to support each other!

Well…. That was an absolute mammoth task but we are nearly there, just a few finishing off touches but ready for opening tomorrow! Thanks to Steve for the plastering and I cannot thank my husband enough for the help and pulling an all nighter last night! You are my hero and saviour ❤️ Dan and Jo our best friends for jumping in and helping when my son broke his light in the week when Tony was away and for helping out on Saturday! Rhys and Maddison for being on household chores and dog duty!
