We'd ideally like someone passionate about setting standards and supporting and developing staff to deliver the very highest standards of support and quality of life .

Essential:
🌟Car Driver with own car
🌟Experienced in supporting people with behaviours of concern.
🌟Passionate about PBS
🌟Passionate about quality of care.
🌟Knowledgeable about applied behaviour analysis.

Training will include:

PROACT SCIP TRAINER
PBS Coaches Course
Continuous Professional Development

Role will include:
Direct Staff Training
Direct Staff Supervision and knowledge audits
Tier 2 on-call responsibilities
Duty Manager Responsibilities
Some unsociable hours
Developing the PBS framework staff assessment within Jigsaw.
