Dear all,
Our late autumn term approaches as the end of the year draws closer.

We could explore beginnings and endings in our yoga practice, using some concepts from Ayurveda and Yoga philosophy. But also, where does the stretch begin and end? Where does our strength come from and go towards?

Did some of the patterns we have laid down begin in the embryonic stage of our development? Does the body keep it all together until the end, and how does it hold the space for all our experiences?

How will we feel when we part at the end of this term and resume classes in the new year? That too is an ending to acknowledge together.

Come along and explore a new 6 week term with me. Dates follow :

Mondays -November 3rd until December 8th- 12 noon until 1:15pm

Tuesday nights - November 4th until December 9th- 7:20 pm until 8:35pm

St Barnabas Church Hall in Emmer Green

£13 to pay per class if booking the term. £14 to drop in on the day.

I teach heart led yoga in out community, offering a collaborative and loving practice- 3 classes every week.

Local friends, please pass the word around and share my post.

I have spaces on all 3 classes. It is a very deep practice and will allow us to explore yoga in a way that a lot of faster modalities don't allow. The practice I share makes room for breathing, strengthening, inquiring and exploring our relationship with our whole selves- mind, body and soul.

I truly believe this is a vital part of our community and hope more of you will want to access the "real" stuff.
