Ché Bond is an inspiring and vibrant woman from South Africa with a profound love for the ocean and a deep-seated penchant for adventure. From an early age, she felt an intrinsic connection to nature, discovering that the soothing presence of water provided her with immense healing and inner tranquility. In the year 2000, Ché found her way to yoga during a period of uncertainty and search for purpose in her life. Initially, her yoga practice was centered on physical movement, offering her a sense of calm and equilibrium. However, as her journey progressed, she realized that yoga was much more than just poses; it became a powerful inward journey, allowing her to explore her mind and return to her true self. After welcoming her second daughter in 2013, Ché experienced a transformative realization—that her true calling was to share the beauty and depth of yoga with others. This epiphany led her to begin her training as a yoga teacher at a Buddhist center in London. Since then, Ché has dedicated her career to guiding others in finding their passion, gaining clarity, and seeking deeper meaning through the practices of yoga and meditation. Now based in Berkshire, UK, Ché teaches weekly classes in person and online, Evening & Day Retreats in Knowl Hill and Retreats abroad for adults from all backgrounds who are looking to discover and reclaim their inner power. Her sessions are filled not only with practical yoga techniques but also with rich philosophical insights that encourage students to embark on their own inward journey to uncover their truths. If you find yourself at a crossroads in life, Ché can help create the space need to identify what brings joy into life and facilitate the way forward. Ché passionately believes that the answers we seek are already within us, and through her teachings, she empowers individuals to navigate their inner landscapes, allowing them to discover their true passions and life's purpose.

This morning’s practice was a quiet devotion to truth. ✨Not the loud performative kind. But the stead, inner kind. Our weekly focus - Let Your Truth Shine - isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about softening enough to hear what’s already there. 🧘🏻‍♀️Each breath. 🧘🏻‍♀️ Each posture. 🧘🏻‍♀️Each moment of pause is an opportunity to build trust within. Because when we trust ourselves, we stop shrinking. We stop second guessing. We stop abandoning our knowing. Daily practice is not about flexibility - it’s about integrity. Coming back to yourself again and again. Pause for a moment and enquire within: 🩷🩷🩷Where am I being invited to shine more honestly right now? 🌙✨

Twists aren’t just about the spine.
They’re about clarity.

We wring out what’s stagnant.
What’s unsaid.
What’s been swallowed to keep the peace.

And underneath all that holding…
there she is.

Your truth.

Not loud.
Not dramatic.
Just honest.

This week we’re practicing letting our truth shine —
through breath, through movement, through soft courage.

Sometimes shining doesn’t mean expanding outward.
Sometimes it means gently unwinding
from who you thought you had to be.

✨ What truth is your body ready to release?

🔥STOP GETTING IN YOUR OWN WAY🔥 How many times have you felt the pull to expand…but hesitated? Doubted? Shrunk back? I can honestly say I am a master at this! 😂 BUT no more! It’s time for all of us to stand courageously in our truth! No matter how uncomfortable it gets. The universe has aligned, the moon and planets are in place and this is the week that we will see who we are meant to be and together we will stand in strength. This week’s classes will be focused on a Dynamic Spiral Flow designed to move you through that resisantce - not around it. We’ll begin by noticing where we are holding ourselves back…Then we build heat. Twists to wring out old excuses. Strong standing flows to reclaim space. Spirals to open the body and the heart. Because resistance contracts. But TRUTH expands. This is a practice for those who are ready to: 🔥stop apologising 🔥lead with heart 🔥take up space 🔥let your light be seen. You are not here to shrink! You are here to shine. Join me on the mat and let’s move the stories out of the way 🔥 Link to book in the bio 👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼

You know when you hear/read or see something and it feels like it was created just for you! Well this is how I felt when I first read this poem by and I read it often as a reminder, to practice daily accepting how I feel, honouring myself and showing up just as me. I hope you enjoy it. Special thanks to this wonderful poet.

Self-love isn’t loud. It isn’t perfect. And it certainly isn’t about having it all on together. For me, self-love is a sacred daily ritual. A pause to feel what is true within me. Some days it’s easy and other days I don’t get it right! But I try to stay grounded and practice love and acceptance for the woman I am - not the one I think I should be. This Valentine’s season, I’m choosing the kind of love that doesn’t abandon itself. How does self-love look for you right now? 🩷🩷🩷 ❤️

They told us Friday the 13th was unlucky.

But what if it was always sacred? 🌙

The day of the Goddess.
The number of the Moon.
The rhythm of the feminine.

For centuries, feminine power was misunderstood, softened, even feared.
So it was easier to call it “bad luck” than to honour its magic.

But something is shifting.

The Divine Feminine is rising again —
in our intuition,
in our boundaries,
in our courage to rest,
in our refusal to shrink.

Friday the 13th is not a warning.
It’s a remembering.

A return to sovereignty.
To cycles.
To embodied wisdom.

Today, instead of superstition, I choose reverence.

What part of your power are you ready to reclaim? ✨

I’ve been loving this winter - simple, grounding and so easy to adapt with whatever veggies you have. Last night I roasted: Butternut, Brussels, Cauliflower and Parsnips. Steamed some Broccoli. Cooked Quinoa and pan-fried Tofu with a drizzle of tahini dressing (wiz up Greek yogurt, tahini, lemon, garlic and dash water). Finish with parsley and pomegranate for that hormone-balancing, colourful touch. Warm. Nourishing. Seasonal. And remember - your digestive fire is strongest between 11-1pm, making it the perfect time for your main meal. 🔥 Enjoy ☺️

Enjoy this sequence in a slow and mindful way. Either softening into stillness or floating up and down with intention. This week is not about pushing forward. It’s about letting the body catch up with the heart. Integration. Release. “A soft exhale into who you already are.”

We are moving into a new week and our theme is Integration & Release off the back of last weeks focus to become aware of how we show up in our truth.

This week isn’t about doing more.

It’s about allowing what you’ve already felt, learned, and uncovered to gently weave itself into your being.

Integration asks for patience.

Release asks for trust.

Let’s begin there 🤍

✨ Reflection:
What are you ready to stop carrying?
