We’re looking for an HGV Technician to join the team at J Mould Reading, working from our modern workshop maintaining our fleet. This is a full-time role with Saturday availability.

The role includes carrying out repairs on lorries and trailers and diagnosing vehicle faults. A Class 1 or Class 2 HGV licence is preferred, along with an NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.

A company van and company pension are included.

Today marks 7 years of our MRF at J Mould 🎉

What started as a major investment has become a core part of how we operate. For the past seven years, our MRF (Materials Recovery Facility) has played a huge role in sorting, processing and recycling materials from our skip hire, commercial tipping and demolition projects, helping us keep waste out of landfill and put materials back to use.

It is a big milestone for the team on site and a great reminder of our long term commitment to responsible waste management and sustainability.

Happy 7th birthday to our MRF and a big thank you to everyone who keeps it running day in, day out.

2025 marked a strong year for demolition at J Mould.

Our teams successfully delivered a range of complex demolition projects across the UK, including the O2 Headquarters in Slough, St Ann’s Hospital in Tottenham, and Deepcut Barracks in Surrey, among many others.

These projects reflect our continued focus on safety, efficiency and careful planning across every site. As we move into 2026, we’re looking forward to building on this momentum and delivering an even stronger year for demolition.

Our HIAB team recently carried out the relocation of a replacement waterski jump ramp to JB @ Thorpe Lakes Waterski 🚛💪

This new jump ramp replaces the existing one and will support GB Waterski Team training, with future competition plans on the horizon 🏆🌊

Well done to Trevor at J Mould, who the client said was "highly talented across all areas of Haulage". A great example of careful planning and precise lifting in action.
