Your GP health record gives an overview of your medical history - and we’ll need this as part of the Alternaleaf consultation process.

1️⃣ The easiest way to access them is digitally, by logging into your NHS app.

2️⃣ You can also request them from your GP via email, letter or an online request form.

3️⃣ Medical records can take up to 30 days, but you don’t need them to book your appointment.

We often get asked if you can transfer clinics - and the answer is yes! Here’s what you need to know ⬇️

1️⃣ You’ll need your ID and medical records, which you can request from your current clinic.

2️⃣ Once you’re approved with Alternaleaf, you’ll have to ask your current clinic for a discharge letter.

3️⃣ With your records ready, you’ll be able to book an appointment with us.
