What is Access Bars®️ Therapy?
Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on therapy designed to support deep relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional release. During a session, 32 specific points on the head—known as “Bars”—are lightly touched. Each point is believed to store the electromagnetic charge of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and patterns that have built up over time.
By gently holding these points, the bars begin to “clear,” allowing the mind and body to release what is no longer needed. Many people experience this as a sense of calm, lightness, and a quieting of the mind—similar to the feeling after a deep meditation.
How does it work?
Throughout life, we collect thoughts, judgments, and emotional responses that can become limiting or overwhelming. Access Bars is based on the idea that these patterns are stored within the brain.
When the bars are activated through touch:
The brain begins to slow down (often shifting into a deeply relaxed state)
Stored thoughts and emotional patterns can start to release
Space is created for new perspectives, clarity, and ease
Each session is unique—some people feel a gentle “letting go,” while others simply enjoy the deep rest their body receives.

What to expect in a session
You will lie comfortably, fully clothed
The practitioner will gently touch points on your head
Sessions typically last around 60 minutes
Some people fall asleep, others remain aware but deeply relaxed
