Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing? Join me for a magical one-day Reiki Level One workshop where you will learn to harness the beautiful energy of Reiki in a supportive and nurturing environment!

What to Expect:
🌿 Sound Healing & Meditation: We will begin our day with a soothing sound healing session and a meditation enhanced with ceremonial cacao to prepare you for your learning.
🤲 Hands-On Practice:You will work with fellow participants to practice the techniques you learn, deepening your connection and understanding of Reiki. If you decide to do this experience alone on a one to one then I will invite a model for you to learn and practice on.

🌈 Awakening Share Session:You’ll be invited back for an Awakening Share, a space for us to check in, assist each other, and reflect on our experiences and growth.

I offer support through women’s circles, where we can come together to share, connect, and uplift each other. 🌺 My family sessions provide a space for deeper understanding and bonding. With holistic therapies, we can explore healing practices that nurture both you and your child. Parent circles, sen adults, one to one session, coffee mornings.
This support is available for all parents and adults. It doesn't matter if you have a diagnosis

Once we stop worrying about what other people think of us, we are free. Free to be us, free from the way people treat us, free from want society wants us to be. And we can start living...

When people treat us a certain way, it is not a reflection on us but it the way they see themselves. And this summer, I have come into my power and taken it all back.....

I have taken the time to meditate, self heal with reiki and sound. Reiki has helped me so much, and I am so glad I found it...
I have taken a pause on running women's circles for the summer, but there are so excited one coming in September

We are so proud of this amazing young man he did really well after all the challenges he has faced and has a heart of gold. He loves a laugh, he is his own person, not afraid to stand out and music is his life........But remember everyone a piece of paper doesn't define you, some children are not academic, school is not their thing but that's ok whatever you recieve you are amazing for trying your best ❤️
I didn't do well in my gsces being dyslexic and school wasn't my thing, but I have achieved so much. It's the person you are inside, the way you treat others, and your integrity that matters more✨️
You could have all the qualifications in the world, read all books, think you know everything but still not have pure intention for others.
