🎁 Christmas Charity Collection – Supporting Local Teens 🎄

Our long-term clients will know that every year we support a local community charity — and this year is no different! 💛

We are proudly collecting gift donations for teens (ages 10–16) on behalf of Reading Family Aid, a wonderful charity that helps children in families around Reading receive a Christmas present they might otherwise go without.

🧡 This age group is often the most overlooked, so we’ve chosen to focus our efforts on 10–16 year olds this year.
📍 If you’d like to contribute, please drop your gift donations to our clinic donation point by 7th December (latest).

We also have a list of suggested gift ideas to help if you’re unsure what might be suitable for this age group.

✅ Why chiropractic can help headaches

Headaches often stem from:
• Muscle tension (commonly from stress, posture, screen use)
• Joint dysfunction in the neck/upper spine
• Restricted movement in the cervical spine
• Nerve irritation or compression
• Trigger points in neck and shoulder muscles

The Chiropractic Biophysics method in particular helps to correct the structure of the misalignment in the spine, especially the cervical spine for headaches. This will give more sustained results to reduce and relieve headaches, and sometimes never return.

They listened to many inspiring speakers and it was the 25th anniversary of the UCA, They took their kids with them to enjoy the weekend too.

Back Pain sufferers be like!

We showed up at the offices on Brook drive on Green Park Reading today to do spine and posture checks!

If you suffer from back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, recurring sprains and strains, then we may well be able to help you!!! We look to the root cause and biomechanics of the spine which influence pains and restrictions of the body.
