Building and all round chest ...

Bench press should always be a staple in a chest workout . It’s one of the best strength based compound exercise not only for the chest but the shoulders and triceps .

This video demonstrates the benefits of this exercise and how to perform it . This exercise has many variants such as incline or decline . If you haven’t been doing these , definitely give them a go !

Had a fantastic day yesterday at our weekly bootcamp . taking the guys through their dynamic and functional cool down after a tough session .
It’s our 5th week and we’ve seen people from very different fitness levels being added but the one consistent thing we’ve seen is the hard work each person puts in and also they everyone encourages each other and that’s the most satisfying thing about the boot camp .

This is a great way to keep the mid and upper back tension free prior to a massage session.

The only equipment needed :
-TENNIS BALL
-WALL
-TIME

This can be done a few time a week and can be increased or decreased depending on the level of tightness.
