Our Story
It was 2011 when Viktoriya’s yoga journey began, when she started her corporate marketing career at Microsoft. Experiencing the demanding corporate world which added to her stress dramatically, the l-o-n-g working hours, developing back pain, facing sleepless nights - she discovered the world of yoga.
Immediately enamoured by this ancient practice she found peace & clarity for the mind, deeper work for the body and harmony for the soul. Since then she practiced a number of styles such as Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Aero Yoga. Inspired by teachers Viktoriya completed her 200 hrs teacher training with course leader Rahul Masrani, from Yoga London in March 2017. Curious by nature, eager to learn from the endless stream of yoga and always a student in life first, she has attended workshops with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Tao Porchon-Lynch , Kim Eng and Rupert Spira amongst others.
Viktoriya’s classes aspire to empower yoga students at every level, to discover and tune in with their own confidence, strength and ability to self-heal through yoga. Her classes are designed to connect the body, mind and soul, through powerful meditation, energising pranayama and gentle yet strong asana. To her, yoga is all about connection, from the hand to the mat, the mat to the body, body to mind, mind to the world. Connecting with everyone around us and taking a journey within creating space, creating joy and creating a bond with our true selves in the present moment.
