So excited to share a Special Breathwork & Kundalini Activation class that will be hosted by 2 facilitators myself and .

Twice the Kundalini energy and Healing 💛
Kundalini is a Beautiful energy within the body that lays dormant and once awakened balances the chakras (energy centres) in the body bringing you in to alignment with yourself.
Everyone’s experience is different to another some of us have trauma to release through this journey also and kundalini does this for you in a gentle way without having to relive this trauma and allowing it to shift from your body and mind so that you can move forward and become the best version of yourself.

It’s a truly transformational experience and one I am SO GRATEFUL to have found as it’s changed my life.

Watching how this helps others around me is Beautiful and I am forever Grateful to be able to work with Kundalini 💛💛💛
