Progress not perfection!

I chose the music of this reel as it was called, “The Water Poem.” It reminds me of a self realization I made through art therapy, of how sometimes I was being more like ‘stone’ — hard, inflexible, ridged…and how more ‘like water’ I needed to be — go with the flow.

Opening a new art therapy practice is exciting and scary all at the same time. There’s only a little more to do and I know I’ll get there!

I am passionate about how art therapy can help people to understand themselves better, find peace and calm in a hectic world of fast paced technology, to help problem solve, amongst so many possibilities.

I believe that therapy can be for anyone looking to seek clarity and support.
