Gemma had joined gyms before, but every time she went on her own, she felt lost and unmotivated.

She’d go for a couple of weeks, then miss a session.

That one missed session turned into weeks of “I’ll start again Monday.”

Deep down, she thought maybe she just wasn’t disciplined enough.

What Gemma really needed wasn’t more willpower—it was support.
