In the early hours of this morning, PD Nash and handler were sent to the report of an attempted break in at a supermarket.
When they arrived, they could see a broken window but the suspect had left prior to their arrival.
PD Nash has then been tasked to track for the suspect and has tracked across a number of streets through the town and into a car park where PD Nash has located the suspect hiding under a parked car.
On being challenged by PD Nash, the suspect was initially compliant, however this quickly changed and the male became very aggressive and he tried to make good his escape 🤦🏻♂️.
PD Nash has then been sent to detain the suspect in order to prevent his escape and secure his arrest.
The suspect was then arrested for this offence and an unrelated offence.
