We received two wonderful client reviews over the weekend - will share the other one later in the week - so its been a fantastic way to start the week!

Both families shared how much our support has meant, not just for their loved ones receiving care, but for the entire family.

Our dedicated office team plays a vital role in easing the emotional and practical burden for families, especially when arranging care for the first time. They provide reassurance, build trust, and offer genuine peace of mind—truly a hand to hold throughout the process.

A huge well done to our incredible office team. Their compassion, expertise, and commitment make all the difference to the families we support.

What a fantastic evening!

Last night, we made the most of the summer sunshine at our annual Home Instead Bowls Evening. After a quick warm-up, everyone split into teams, leading to an exciting final between the top scorers.

🥇 Congratulations to Tracey, our new Home Instead Bowls Champion 2025!
👏 And well done to our worthy runner-up, Jo M.—a brilliant effort from both finalists.

A huge thank you to everyone at for hosting us. The volunteers were incredibly welcoming and made the evening thoroughly enjoyable.

With a heavy heart, we said farewell to one of our wonderful Care Professionals, Lynne today.

Lynne has been with us for over 7 years and whilst she took on the role thinking it would only be for a couple of years before she retired, Lynne loved the role, her clients and everyone at Home Instead so much, that she stayed a fair bit longer than planned!! Lucky us!

She finished her visits yesterday, actually visiting two clients she has supported since she first joined us. One of these clients mentioned how she thinks of Lynne not as a carer, but as a sister. ❤️ That's how personal the relationships between our clients and their regular carers become - consistency of care means everything. And it's helped by the fact that everyone in our team are just wonderful people!

So thank you for all the wonderful work you have done over these years, Lynne - all the families and individuals you have helped and made a difference to. There's nothing more important than what we do, and you did it magnificently. Keep in touch 🤩🩷
