A Warm Welcome to the New Face of Newdays Pharmacy 💙

Following my recent post about David Ostrowski’s retirement, I wanted to take a moment to introduce the person who will be joining us as our new Pharmacist in the New Year.

I’m delighted to share that Verity started with us on Monday 5th January 2026.

Verity brings a wealth of experience, having worked for the past 15 years in the Wokingham area. I know Verity well and I’ve seen first-hand her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for patients, and I know she will be a fantastic fit for our community.

Over the coming weeks, Verity will be getting up to speed with all the services we offer here, and Amy and I will be continuing to run clinics while fully supporting her as she settles into life at Newdays and gets to know the Twyford community.

While David will always hold a very special place in the story of this pharmacy, I’m confident that Verity will bring her own energy, experience and compassion to the role. I hope you’ll join me in giving her the same warm welcome that makes Twyford (Berkshire) such a special place.
