Today we were delighted to welcome a visit from Hearing Dogs for Deaf People in recognition of World Hearing Day. 🐶💙

We loved learning all about the incredible work these specially trained dogs do to support people with hearing loss – from alerting them to important sounds to providing comfort and companionship. Of course, the cuddles with the wonderful Storm who is near the end of his training were a real highlight too!

A wonderful, informative afternoon enjoyed by everyone. Thank you for such a special visit! 💛

We had a wonderful time visiting the Whitchurch Arts and Craft Exhibition today! It was so special to see our very own display proudly showcased alongside so many other talented creations. Everyone enjoyed taking a look around, admiring the fantastic artwork and crafts on show.

Of course, no outing would be complete without a lovely cup of tea and coffee, which we enjoyed together while chatting about our favourite pieces. A truly delightful day out in the community! ☕🎨

We had a lovely morning welcoming our Little Cedars 🌟

Together we sang some of our favourite songs, filling the room with smiles and laughter, before settling down to enjoy the classic story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. It was wonderful to share the magic of storytelling and see everyone so engaged.

Today we enjoyed a lovely trip out to Cobbs Farm Shop & Cafe for lunch. 🥪☕

We tucked into some delicious food, had a good chat, and soaked up the warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s always wonderful to support a local gem and enjoy a change of scenery together. A simple outing, but full of smiles and great company! 🌿✨

Today I enjoyed a wonderful woodwork session with Les 🔨✨

Les shared stories from his younger years when he crafted beautiful wooden furniture, and it was lovely to see his skills and knowledge shine through. From talking about different types of wood to demonstrating techniques, his passion truly came to life.

A special time full of reminiscing, creativity and craftsmanship 💛

For Sustainability Week we’ve been embracing the great outdoors and getting hands-on 🌿

We wrapped up warm for lovely winter walks, collecting natural bits and pieces along the way to build our very own bug house – creating a cosy little habitat for wildlife. 🐞🍂

Back indoors, we planted our own herbs and can’t wait to watch them grow, ready to use in our kitchen. To top it all off, we baked our own delicious homemade bread – nothing beats the smell of fresh bread and the joy of making it from scratch!

A wonderful week of learning, creating and caring for our environment together. 💚

We had a wonderful time adding colour and personal touches to each pot, We’re looking forward to planting them up and watching them grow – a lovely way to celebrate sustainability and enjoy something we’ve nurtured ourselves 💚
