Summer solstice 25. Started the day with a morning swim, then spent most of the day working on my last piece of academic work for my diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy. The evening was spent at beautiful event hosted by enjoying a gong bath, sunset lake swim and outdoor sauna and plunge pools, with beautiful friends and sister. The skies were blessed with rainbows, flock of parakeets and two huge macaws and a beautiful sunset. It was a beautiful evening to cleanse, reset and get ready for the next 6 months

A two day Nature retreat for Women. Designed to use our relationship with Nature as our mirror, uncovering the Divine Feminine within. This will help us to achieve a greater connection to self, grounding and embodiment. On this workshop we will;

* Journey inwards to meet our inner child and understand her needs
* Journey outwards into the landscape through Forest Bathing to explore our Relationship with The Great Mother - nature. Receiving mirroring, regulation and soothing for our inner child.
* Journey inwards to uncover the Inner Qualities of the Divine Feminine
* Journey outwards through a Medicine Walk in nature where we ask the landscape for guidance & wisdom on how to face our current transitions.
* Come together in community to share our insights and stories of the weekend
* Close the weekend by creating a Mandala of nature objects, to create protection and holding as we journey back into the world and our lives

The workshop is run over 2 separate days at the Studio at Choseley House, Knowl Hill, RG10 9YN and is a combination of immersing ourselves in nature and accessing our inner selves through guided visualisation.

I am delighted that after studying to be a Transpersonal Psychotherapist for the last few years ( not quite qualified yet, but nearly there) I now finally have some time to re-open my Reiki Practice from a more spacious and beautifully calm space in my new home. To celebrate this, I am offering healing sessions to old and new clients for an introductory rate of £40.00.

Would be so lovely to reconnect with some of the beautiful souls I have worked with previously and welcome new faces to receive Reiki healing. I am based in Earley, Reading
