A huge thank you to our colleagues at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Plymouth, who kept the pedals turning from 9am–4pm on World Physical Therapy Day to raise funds for , in partnership with Ginsters and our friends at Argyle Community Trust!🚲

A team of our physios were joined by staff from Argyle Community Trust, and a very cheeky Pilgrim Pete, to see how many miles we could clock up. Pete even squeezed in some admin while he was there!🤗

“Paula can’t rein in her enthusiasm for her new knee” 🌟

From fearing her riding days were over to back in the show-jumping ring just 2½ months after knee surgery, Paula’s story is nothing short of inspiring. 🐎

After years of pain, failed treatments and being unable to walk without discomfort, she had a total knee replacement at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Southampton. Through excellent surgical care, compassionate NHS teamwork, and her determination, she’s regained her strength, mobility, and joy!👏💜

But just two and a half months after NHS knee surgery, the horse breeder was back in the showjumping ring.

Practice Plus Group Hospital, Ilford has trialled a groundbreaking VR experience for joint surgery patients — helping them mentally step away from the operating theatre.

11,000 feet. One amazing cause!💙🚁

Paul Wharton-Hardman, our brilliant Patient Safety Manager at Practice Plus Group Health in Justice, and his husband Chris are taking the plunge - literally!
On 23rd August, they’ll be skydiving from 11,000 ft to raise vital funds for St Catherine’s Hospice!

We’re very proud of their courage (and slightly jealous of the view they’ll get on the way down!). 🌤️

🎉Celebrating 20 years of patient care at Practice Plus Group Diagnostics!🏥💜

On Monday, we proudly marked two decades of providing exceptional diagnostic services to our patients. 🩻✨

Service Lead, Michelle Saunders and Operational Director for Secondary Care, Adrian Peake joined the team to hand out commemorative pin badges in recognition of our people’s dedication. 🎖️

A heartfelt thank you and congratulations to Sue Flitney, Imaging Assistant, who has been with us since the very start. Sue was presented with flowers to celebrate her 20 years of service, alongside fellow long-standing colleagues Sam Adeniran (Radiographer) and Christos Themistocleous (Housekeeper). 💐🙌

The celebrations included an anniversary quiz, cupcakes, samosas, and even our patients joined in the fun.

Here’s to the next 20 years of care, teamwork, and innovation!🚀
