Art therapy with Lisa 🎨🎨🎨

This Art class really took us on a journey around the world 🌍 🇿🇦🦘🪘🇲🇽🍍🍜

The theme for this particular session was centred around travelling, holidays and places our residents have visited or even lived in.
🌁🛫🏝️🗺️

To get our creative juices flowing we:

▪️Played music from different countries 🎶
▪️Had tangible objects to feel and hold👋
▪️Reminised by looking at old Postcards 🪪

Great morning out doing a bit of scrumping and feeding the ducks at the lake 🦆🍞🫐🍏💦🍒

It was great to be outdoors in the fresh air surrounded by some beautiful wildlife down at Hose Hill 🏞️🐝🪶🪹🕊️🐞🦟🪲🐛

We even added some freshly picked Rhubarb from our own allotment to our morning finds 👍

Benefest 2025!! 😎

Our festival was most definitely vibing yesterday! 🎶🕺🪩💃

Would it have even been a proper festival without a bit of rain? ☔️

Thank you to Kathy a lovely daughter of one of our residents for setting up a great afternoon at White Waltham airfield for residents who have a background or love of planes ✈️

It was great to watch them take off and land whilst enjoying a spot of lunch and a pint of course 🍻☀️

Getting up close with the model hurricane was pretty cool too! 😎
