Sonsoles&Irene Kundalini Yoga Reading We are Sonsoles & Irene, Kundalini Yoga teachers working together to help you to live happy, healthy and connected with yourself.

There are many types of yoga and all have the same goal, establish union between body, mind and spirit. The world yoga means "to unite to join together" the individual consciousness with the infinite consciousness. Kundalini yoga consists of active and passive asanas (body posture), pranayam (breathing techniques), bandhas (bosy locks), mudras (hand positions), mantras (sound vibrations), meditation (mental focus) which target the whole body system. The practise of Kundalini yoga balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system and enables us to harness the energy of the mind and emotions, so we can be in control of ourselves rather than being contolled by our thoughts and feelings. Kundalini yoga will help you to be healthy, happy and balance in all aspect of your life. Kundalini yoga is for householders, for people who have to cope with daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families and managing business. Kundalini yoga is for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of living in this day and age.

Sat Nam Dear friends and yogis!

I hope this message finds you well!!! I have a few changes to update you for the classes. First, I want to let you know that tomorrows Saturday class will be cancelled due to changes in my flight home from spain but the class will be on from as usual from next Saturday.

Secondly, the Wednesday classes will be temporarily cancelled as Irene had to stop teaching for personal reasons and I am not able to teach both classes at the moment.

If you normally attend the Wednesday classes and you had still bonus left, please join my class on Saturday or contact me so I can give you a refund.

I am sorry for any inconvenience and I look forward to seeing most of you if you can come to the next class on Saturday the 16th.

Cold and flue session is upon us once again! but our bodies are design to fight bacteria and viruses when we feed ourselves with nutrition food , when we move and stretch and breath consciously.
Kundalini yoga help you boost your immune system throughout cold and flue season.
Vigorous exercise and through the practice of pranayam techniques (breath consciously) are a great way to strengthen the immune system.

Sat Nam and Happy New Year beautiful people! Hope you are having an amazing start of the year!

January is a fantastic time to set the tone for the rest of the year and also a wonderful time to detox and de-stress the body,mind and spirit, so you can bring your full energy and vitality into the coming months.

We can start to cleanse and rebuild with Kundalini Yoga Kriyas and meditations.

Tonight evening we will practice the kriya : Stress set for Adrenals & Kidneys and the a pranayam cleansing meditation.

I recommend you practice the set, the meditation or both for 40 days!

Hope this message find you well, I have a few days for your diaries ; tomorrow saturday the 12th and wednesday the 16th of December will be the last classes before Christmas and we will return Wednesday 13th of January.

I hope to see you all tomorrow but in case you can't make it. I hope you an amazing Christmas full of love and joy and I will see you in the new year!!

This kriya es a total workout for the thyroid, pituitary and pineal glands. Your whole body will sweat. We will be working with a powerful mantra "wha-hay guroo"
Then we will do a meditation for "facing future challenges"

In this Saturday Kriya, "Working the total self"

we will work in a set which is a complete workout of the self. We will build the aura and increase the circulation, balancing the aura and sexual energy. Then we will stimulate the praanic functions and loosen the spine. Finally, the last exercise rebalances the entire auric circulation and takes you into a deep meditation that gives us a sense of security and activates our self-healing capacities.

Glands are the guardian of our health. One of the secrets of Kundalini Yoga with accounts for its power and its dynamic and rapid results, its the ability to make the gland secrete. This come from the way the kriyas ( set of exercises) are designed. Creating pressure of the glands through specific angles in the body.
Tomorrow evening we will practice a powerful set which focus n glandular balance and more.
