Reflexology is a holistic therapy which is tailored to you as a whole person, taking into account both physical and non-physical factors that might be affecting your wellbeing. Usually, after a treatment your tension may be reduced and you might feel relaxed. You might also notice yourself sleeping better and find your mood and sense of wellbeing improving. Initial Appointment 1 hour First treatment includes taking medical history £50. Treatments thereafter, 1 hour consultation time with 45 minutes treatment time, £50 per session or 3 x 1Hr Sessions for only £135.

Just like that it’s 1st March and spring is just around the corner. The warmer weather, the spring daffodils and new signs of life are all very welcome.

Safely back from an incredible holiday in Thailand for our 10th Wedding anniversary. Scenery was spectacular and the Thai people are so friendly and welcoming. Mango sticky rice may be my new favourite dish!
