Does your Private Medical Insurance or Health Cash plan cover Reflexology treatments? Many do. I am registered with both the AOR and CNHC and can provide a receipt for you to claim back the cost of your treatment.

It’s been a busy few days and the world was starting to catch up with me. I knew my anxiety levels were rising as I was starting to wake in the night. So yesterday we took a day out and went to Bath for the day. We went on a completely spontaneous boat trip down the river and felt so much better for some time out.
Can’t wait for my next Reflexology treatment for a total rebalance.
It’s ok to recognise there’s too much going on sometimes and to take some time out to reset.

Back to work today after a lovely relaxing break in Italy with my family. Lots of naps, lots of book reading and good quality time with those I love. 👣 rest and relaxation should never be underestimated 👣
