Happy Sunday lovely people.

My Hip and leg recovery is getting there, been very tough but am realising so am I 🙏

At times overwhelming sadness, after losing three amazing people this month, no words 😔

Breath work and self acceptance have helped 💛

Thanks for all the continued lovely messages and support ⭐️

I keep coming back to a single point of focus, over and over again, through the pain, nothing is permanent so this too will pass 🙏

Happy Sunday lovely people.

Hip replacement was on Wednesday, few complications, including fracturing my femur accidentally 😳

Been as tough a few days as I’ve known.

Breath work has literally saved me 💛

Hoping to get out of Hospital sooner rather than ……..

Thanks for all the lovely messages and support ⭐️

Physio since day 1, focused mental awareness and determination. Doing my best 💪

Single point of focus, over and over again, through the pain, nothing is permanent so this too will pass 🙏

This Friday I had one of the best days and will hold it close forevermore. My amazing Rachel what a truly excellent time. I love you and thank you so very much💛

I’ve also been able to connect with friends of many years recently and haven’t laughed so much since Majorca 🥰

For those who aren’t aware I am waiting for a hip replacement. It is having an effect in my day to day life. As a morning person I’m still enjoying teaching but as the day progresses things become tough. So our timetable now reflects this, with much gratitude and respect to the incredible people I work for and with 💜🙏💪
