As we head into the Easter break, I just want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all of my amazing clients.

Your support during the initial opening phase has meant so much to me. It’s been incredible to see the commitment, consistency, and hard work each of you has brought into the studio — you’ve truly set the tone for what Harpenden Pilates is all about.

I’ll be taking a short break over Easter to recharge and re-energise, and will really look forward to welcoming you all back from Monday 13th April.

Enjoy the break, take some time for yourselves and your families, and i’ll see you soon — refreshed and ready to go!

Self-Practice Saturday

As a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, teaching others is only part of the journey.
The other part? Continuing to practice ourselves.
Self-practice keeps me connected to the movements I teach, helps me understand what my clients feel in their bodies, and reminds me that progress is never linear.
It’s also a chance to slow down, check in with my own body, refine technique, and stay curious about movement.
We can’t guide others well if we don’t continue learning through our own bodies first.
Today’s reminder: take time to move for yourself!
