This Samaritans Awareness Day (24/7), Cleveland Fire Brigade would like to remind everyone that help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Every 10 seconds, Samaritans answers a call for help - offering hope, support, and a listening ear when it matters most.

When you call 116 123, a volunteer will listen without judgment, give you space to be yourself, and support you through whatever you're facing - day or night.

Or you can email jo@samaritans.org to share what is on your mind - whether you're struggling, need to offload, or just don’t want to face things alone.

Let’s come together as a community to remind everyone: you are not alone, and support is always here when you need it.

Well done Cleveland Fire brigade and my friends over at Storeys Funeral Service.

With both a Husband and a Son working for the brigade this was deeply moving to watch.
The level of respect shown to their late colleague was simply outstanding.

I grew up playing in these alley ways and streets, my earliest memories are from living in France st. This is absolutely amazing and so lovely to see the kids playing in the alley way when i leave the office, so worth a share! Well done everyone. ❤️

Dear Tracy and the Greeves & Sons team.
I just wanted to say thank you again for the beautiful and caring service I recieved from you after losing my gorgeous Dad.
Yet again you made me feel so taken care of, nothing felt like a bother and I had total trust that Dad would be looked after with complete kindness and respect.
The beautiful service sheets were just perfect, thank you for taking the time to find the perfect graphics to fit with Dad's service 🎶. It meant the world. And the fabulous tea bag cards for the attendees were the most amazing and thoughtful finishing touch too. ☕
I'm truly thankful that Cath introduced us before she passed and that my family and I have been blessed to have the Greeves & Sons team looking after us through what has been the most difficult and emotional times of our life.
Whilst I hope I don't need your services again for a long long time, it's very reassuring to know you will be there whenever I do.
Best wishes to you all, you are all angels, quietly going about your work - making a world of difference to the families you support. Please never forget the difference you make.

Did you know our memorial jewellery Can be made from only your loved ones ashes or beloved pets ashes, but we can also have these made from Human hair or pet hair.

Its been several years now since we helped Dawn when she sadly lost her lovely husband Robin, and ever since she pops in with biscuits and treats for us.
She is one of the kindest ladies, thank you so much for thinking of us Dawn and keeping up our sugar intake 😜😍❤️ we really do appreciate it.

We always encourage families to bring their loved ones pets into visit at our chapel of rest.
Pets are grieving also and this helps them understand that their owner has passed away.
