Morning thoughts!..... And a YouTube recommendation.

Joe Dispenza is science based, quantum physics to be exact. His words may come across a bit woohoo haha, however he has the science to back up everything he says and makes it very easy to understand and implement. This is worth 30 mins if you are looking on making small changes to your life that will enable longevity of a future you see but sometimes struggle to reach. Happy listening 💚💚

Self growth is objective, it's outside of us. Self healing is inner work and both are two sides of the same coin. Neither will work to their best without doing the work on both.

So yesterday a big, HUGE, amazing thing happened, my little handmade pendants made their way to one of the best shops in town, Under A Spell I am nervous and excited all rolled into one 🙈😁 I hope they find their perfect homes and are loved just as much as I loved making them ❤️

This is a great way to start and end the day. Visualisation is a really powerful tool, it can be used to calm our anxieties if doing or going somewhere new, so to use it to wash away any negative thoughts or feelings to start or end the day is a truly positive self-care and self love process, and so easy to incorporate 🫶🏼
