Just a quick note to say I’ll be closed from 12th–15th April.

I’m taking a lovely little trip to my hometown Scotland with the family to visit my parents and have a much-needed recharge after what has been a very non-stop few months since returning after Christmas 🙈

I may be a little slower replying to messages during this time, but I’ll be back and working from the 16th April.

• Bespoke rehabilitation plan tailored to your goals
• Follow-up email support to review progress and answer questions

£55 – Initial Assessment (up to 1 hour)

Appointment length will vary depending on the complexity of your injury and whether treatment is required.

The cost reflects the level of clinical expertise, advanced assessment skills, and professional reasoning involved in delivering a thorough evaluation and a structured, individualised recovery plan.

🏉 It’s been just over a month since Rugby Saturdays returned, and I couldn’t be happier to be back pitchside.
It's great to be back part of the team again — keeping the lads fit, patched up, and ready to give it their all every week.

Watching the effort, determination, and spirit they bring to every game reminds me why I love what I do. It’s more than just rugby — it’s the people, the atmosphere, and the shared moments that make it all worthwhile.

Back at home this weekend, and hopefully we can turn that hard work into a well-deserved win! 💪🔥
