🏉 It’s been just over a month since Rugby Saturdays returned, and I couldn’t be happier to be back pitchside.
It's great to be back part of the team again — keeping the lads fit, patched up, and ready to give it their all every week.

Watching the effort, determination, and spirit they bring to every game reminds me why I love what I do. It’s more than just rugby — it’s the people, the atmosphere, and the shared moments that make it all worthwhile.

Back at home this weekend, and hopefully we can turn that hard work into a well-deserved win! 💪🔥

❓ A common question we get asked:
“Will I get a diagnosis at my injury assessment?”

✅ In most cases, yes. Your physio can usually explain what’s going on and outline a treatment plan.
🔄 Sometimes it takes a little more time, feedback, and ongoing assessment.

Either way—you’ll leave your first session with clarity and a clear path forward.
