This weekend we are at Wyke lodges on Saturday 6th Dec where the serene, relaxed atmosphere allows to to also slip straight into our cold plunge.

This Sunday 7th December we'll once again pop up on marske beach with the stunning views up and down the coast accompany your north sea cold plunge and all it brings.

Fire and Ice Community Sauna is a trading name of Every Man Can CIC. Our pop-up sauna is a service for everyone, Men, Women, Mums, Dads, Guardians with their 11+ children.

Our Winter programme makes use of Marske Beach and Wyke Lodges & Touring Caravans Park. The former more energetic coastal offer uses the sea for the cold plunge whilst the latter offers a cold plunge right next to the sauna tent.

Sunday - Marske – Beach Sauna and Sea Dip - Morning/Afternoon + Dark Sauna

Morning Block: No bookings, have closed off for tomorrow at this late stage.
Afternoon Block: 2pm–5:15pm
Dark Sauna: 4-5:15pm (includes 25-min guided meditation + breathwork and time to integrate/reflect as the sauna cools)

10am–1pm: Sessions Closed off – No bookings
2–3pm: 8 spaces
3–4pm: 6 spaces
4–5:15pm: 2 spaces (Dark Sauna £14)
