Body Magic doesn’t have to involve venturing out the house, and a good job that is because I’m not keen on going out there at the moment ☁. At Slimming World we’re really lucky because we have loads of activity videos at our fingertips. There’s dance videos 🕺, you can do strength work 💪, improve your balance and flexibility 🧘‍♀️ and these are all over on the member website and app. Say hello to a cosy workout in the living room 😊.
