Protect yourself and your loved ones this autumn with the latest COVID-19 booster, designed to guard against evolving variants.

Who is eligible from 1 October 2025:

Adults aged 75 years and over

Residents in care homes for older adults

Individuals with Immunosuppressed system, aged 6 months and over

✅ Please note: We have COVID-19 vaccines available, and the booster will be offered, but it cannot be guaranteed for everyone.

🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

1 in 8 women in the UK will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime — but early detection saves lives. 💗

✅ Check your breasts regularly — look for:

Changes in shape or size

A lump or swelling in the breast or armpit

Changes to the skin (dimpling, rash, redness)

Ni**le discharge or inversion

If you notice anything unusual, don’t wait — contact your GP. Most changes aren’t cancer, but it’s always best to get checked.
