🚶‍♂️ Sole Mates: A new walking group for men and dads!

Redditch resident Paul is bringing men together one step at a time with Sole Mates - a monthly walking group that promotes connection, wellbeing, and conversation.

Paul is a foster carer with Worcestershire Fostering and knows first-hand how easy it is for men to feel isolated, especially when juggling caring responsibilities. He started Sole Mates to create a welcoming, relaxed space where men - whether dads, carers, single, or married - can meet, chat, and support one another.

The initiative is supported by the Public Health Community Grant programme, helping bring ideas like this to life and boost wellbeing across Worcestershire.

Join Paul at either of the below walks on the first Sunday of every month:

Sanders Park, Bromsgrove – 10am to 11am
Arrow Valley Park, Redditch – 12pm to 1pm

The group is free to join and suitable for all ages.
