Malvern Hills — first group walk of the year! 🙌🏼🥾
Nature has always been where I reset, breathe deeper, and reconnect with myself — and adventure is where I feel most free.
This year I want to share more of that journey with others — visiting beautiful places around the UK, moving our bodies, trying new things, and creating space to just be.
It’s about connection — to nature, to ourselves, and to each other.
With adventure, laughter, quiet moments, and the occasional yoga or mindful movement session along the way.
