2026 - What would you like to be different about this year? Things can happen taking up time, energy and our emotions, leaving us in overwhelm. Last year it was like this for so many of us.
It can be good to create a still point - an occasion that marks a time of change, and we do this when we create ceremony and rituals such as birthdays, new year celebrations, or enter a sacred occasion that clearly has a start and end point. Or we can simply write down, or speak out what has happened and what we now need. This can help (through the interaction of mind, body, heart and emotion) recognise and process. We can do this to help manifest and focus!
What we can do:
1. An audit. Draw 3 columns - What would you like less of, what would you like more of. How might you achieve what is important?
2. Simply name 3 things you would like to do or obtain over the following year. Say it out loud, maybe speak about this with a trusted friend or therapist.
3. Create a dream or vision board with pictures, words and inspiring ideas.
4. Do something that is relaxing and de-stressing, calm your nervous system down and allow for creative flow. A therapy, walk, home treatment
