When we first started LIFT we had one clear goal - to work at LIFT full time.

I am delighted to announce that Greg is the first LIFT founder over the trench to now officially be full time! It’s a massive achievement for Greg but also a big jump into the unknown being completely self employed but fortune favours the brave.

Well done Greggo 👏 Cian and I will be joining you very soon 😎

P.S - This also means we have a lot more availability going forward across the entire week. If you’ve been struggling to find an appointment there will be more options now :) Also, got to appreciate the evolution of Greg’s mullet over the years😂

We’re delighted to announce we will be supporting and sponsoring over the upcoming season

This is the team’s first ever season and starting a baseball team from scratch in the UK isn’t easy. Just like starting a physio clinic from scratch in a garage isn’t easy so we want to support where we can.

The Redditch Clay Kickers play their home games at Morton Stanley Park and are part of the

Throwing, catching, hitting and hand eye coordination are all fantastic transferable skills for baseball. So if you fancy giving it a try or you’re a big baseball lover, go down to Morton Stanley on a Thursday evening and give it a try or message their instagram page for more information.

As a business we want to try and support as many sporting initiatives as we can long term to make the town of Redditch a more active healthier place 🤝

Dear Mr Cian Adams,

What a journey you’ve been on over the last few years. From being in a position where most people would crumble; you completed your masters degree in ACL research, started your own business with us, ran multiple marathons and have started your own foundation with your brother. That’s before even mentioning the fact you’ve helped so many people get back to sports after life changing knee injuries!!!

In what has been a challenging few years for you, you’ve achieved in that time what most people would love to achieve in a lifetime. What you have achieved incredible.

You and your brother have inspired so many people across the nation with your story and journey up until this point, and the most exciting part about the whole thing is you’re only just getting started.

We are incredibly proud of you, you’re one of a kind, and we’re behind you every step of the way. We’re so lucky to call you our fellow business partner and friend.

See you soon and we can’t wait to see you on the finish line in Dublin for a Guinness!

If you said to us we’d put on a ACL workshop when we first started LIFT in Greg’s garage we wouldn’t have believed you. But we did, and the feedback we got was great. It’s a massive business and also personal milestone for us and one we want to continue to build on.

We wanted to do our bit and give back, educating people on ACL injuries whilst also pushing ourselves to speak publicly.

For our first event, we’re over the moon with how it went and we will certainly look for more opportunities to help the community of Redditch where we can.

Thank you all for coming last night. We appreciate the support and we hope you all found it useful.
