I can now use these as part of our treatment plan for your feet. Both are really useful tools to help reduce inflammation and promote good healing, helping to reduce discomfort in the feet.

Just finished the most amazing day learning about the uses of zinc oxide tape, kinesiology tape, different padding styles for orthotics and the use of therapeutic ultrasound ( which among other things can help ease pain). It also included red light therapy to reduce inflammation. Need to buy a gadget and put together a plan / information leaflet before I can offer treatments but so excited at having different ways to make feet and lower limbs feel fantastic.

Parring the verruca on hubbys foot when my dog Monty came and watched to make sure I wasn’t hurting him 🥰 If you do have a verruca, don’t file it as this can make it spread (or pick at it with nails).

Had a day at the Primary Care show at NEC and listened to talk on ticks and Lyme disease. As the disease can have long term adverse effects, please cover those feet if you’re in woodland or long grass so the wee bugg ers can’t get you! Also check your pets 🐶🦊🐱🐰
