Just finished the most amazing day learning about the uses of zinc oxide tape, kinesiology tape, different padding styles for orthotics and the use of therapeutic ultrasound ( which among other things can help ease pain). It also included red light therapy to reduce inflammation. Need to buy a gadget and put together a plan / information leaflet before I can offer treatments but so excited at having different ways to make feet and lower limbs feel fantastic.
